Mid Life Crisis Tour Part#2

Post by parafins »

Monday May 2nd.My site at Cinnamon Bay camps was 53.I could walk from that site to the water in about 1 minute! It was perfect! The bathhouse was very clean and I was happy with the staff.I set up my tent and visited the beach. When I returned I met my neighbor Chris,a 24 yr.old from Pittsburg.Nice kid!He was great company for the next few days.Later I visited the dumpster and found a used-well worn lawnchair/lounge.I bround it back to my site and proudly used it for the next 3 days!{see why my wife did't want to come on this trip? :D }I had a good nites sleep and on Tues.I left the campground around 7:00 A.M.No taxi's in sight so I walked-hoping for a lift to Cruz Bay.I got that lift somewhere around Jumbie-that's right JUMBIE!By that time my feet formed 2 blisters.I would suffer from that the rest of the trip.A local picked me up and droped me off @ the dock so I could catch my ferry ride to Jost.

Yep, that would be my mom, both the trash treasure and the walking. When we stayed at Gibney, she walked to Cinnamon to go snorkelling and back again.
