The hike isn't bad and love that the trailhead is unmarked...makes you feel like you're in a secret club. Then on the rare occasions when someone else is on the beach, they just kind of give you that knowing nod while biting their lip and muttering "damn, there goes the neighborhood" under their breath.
Doggone it! I pride myself on being pretty adventurous, and have been to many nooks and crannies of our lovely island that many have not discovered, but I have NOOOOO idea what beach this is. I'm on a mission, and I won't let up until I find it!!!

Don't feel bad, I didn't find out about it until my last trip, my 7th. EVEN then I would have never known had it not been for my beach buddy!

Lovermont...I'm sure Flop will tell you if you PM her as will I, but if you'd like another clue, I'll just say:

"Put your mind at peace and you'll find this beach."
It’s not about yesterday or tomorrow...It’s about today, for come what may – Sun, rain, or hurricane – we've only time for a smile, and none for sorrow

Me thinks the trick may be plying a certain Ms. Pia with lots of fancy drinks.

My wife loves those necklaces from Bamboo. Her goal is to add a pendant on each trip. My goal is for her to completely fill up the necklace :)

I wish that you and your family could go to STJ very week so that we can read and see these fantastic TR"s.
Your children get more beautiful with each picture. The one on the stairs is priceless.

Ohhhhhhh... I've been there. Now that I revisit those photos with the mini-flippers, I totally recognize it. I didn't realize it's considered so secret, but come to think about it, there aren't usually too many people there.
Silverheels - I kind of agree with you. Just livin' for Flip's next installment.

Just curious where you got the petroglyph-key charm?

It was a gift but I am almost certain it came from Freebird and I am also almost certain I saw similar things at Bamboo.
