Lurking
Hi everyone,
I have been lurking 24/7 for the last 2 months and I wanted to thank everyone for your trip reports and pictures, they have all been great!! My wife and I are going down June 22-29 with two 17 year old girls and 12 year old boy, we should have our hands full!
We are coming from Boston so if anyone wants to get together for a drink give us a shout...

Hi gibber161 - We'll be on St. Thomas between 6/18 and 6/25, but we're planning on coming over to St. John for 3-4 day trips (it looks like we'll be there on 6/22 and 6/23 for sure).
Our daughter will be a couple of weeks shy of turning 16 and our son is 12. We're from San Diego. We'd love to get together for a drink.
I'll send you a PM soon, when I get a spare moment.
Carole

We are staying at La Papaya in Chocolate Hole, supposed to be a great location...My wife says I don't like jazz, but if I'm on the island, I think I will like anything...lol..has anyone taken the Virgin Gorda ferry to visit the Baths? What was your experience with it? Is it better to go on Sunday or on Thursday? Will the cruise ship schedule decide for us?
I saw your post about la papaya earlier. We had looked at it for our time frame... but it was taken... guess that was you!
The baths are fun, but an even better itinerary is the Indians/caves then on to Jost for lunch and Sandy spit. It is easy to do in your own boat. The baths are kind of far. We did it back when you could jump off of Willy T and THAT was a blast!
