I have not stayed in any of these, but of the ones listed, based on the views and amenities, I would choose La Bella Vita or Mango Bay. Mango Bay is on an unpaved road if that bothers you. I've stayed in that neighborhood three times and the road is not great but it's certainly doable. The views from Catherineberg are stunning and worth the pain of the bumpy drive to me. La Bella Vita is in Virgin Grand Estates and so a bit of an easier drive.
I agree with xislandgirl that of the choices you have, the view from Crystal Seaview is my least favorite. It's kind of low down and close to a salt pond.
I am sure you will be pleased with whatever house you choose. Catered To is a great company to work with.

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

We were fortunate enough to stay at La Bella Vita in May 2010. We loved loved loved the Villa. The views were great. The beds were fantastic and the villa is in great condition. The kitchen was as well equiped as I have seen.
The only two things that I didn't like about the villa are -- There are lots of stairs between the kitchen and the pool deck and besides the shade provided by two strategically placed palm trees, there is no other spot on any of the outside decks to hide from the afternoon sun. It cranks right under the deck roofs all afternoon.
Cheers,
