Ok, sorry for all the ??'s....Haven't been in this scenario before...
If we arrive STT at 3:40 on July 4th....and have Rachel take us to ferry..to STJ...
Is Cruz Bay going to be chaos that evening, or will the parade, etc be done by then....AND
Where would be the best place to watch fireworks? Not sure exactly where they set them off...

Have you rented your jeep yet. I suspect some of the companies may not be open that day.
Without a reservation at one of the restaurants like Asolare or others that have a view of the fireworks, the best place to view them is from the beach just to the right of the ferry dock.
