Need fast help. Need 4BR villa around July 6th~

Looking for 4 BR villa around July 6th for 7 days or up to 10..pool, a/d, nice kept villa. Would like to stay $1400 or less per couple.
Trying to make a decision tonight...please throw out any suggestions...Casa Bueno is booked as well as several others...Not specific to one area of island..

We picked Blue Papaya for our up coming trip with about the same needs.

I LOVE Southern Cross...the owner of The Lime Inn owns this villa...we have rented from Mystic Properties and they were a dream to deal with...

I was just going to ask about Southern Cross...I can't find any reviews....

What is drive time from Chocolate Hole to Cruz Bay?

Southern Cross is booked...
Any others? Looking like either Oceana or New Villa at Sirenusa..
Dates are July 5-12

have you plugged your dates and number of Beds into VRBO?
Frankly I think that if te only reason NOT to stay in coral bay or the east end is gas prices--then that's a bit silly--the island isn't that big!

if there are other factors (convenenience and the like) then sure, but gas prices shouldn't be theonly factor

Check out Blue Agave. It's got a great view.

I think they also don't want to drive across the island after being in town drinking..

We just stayed at Summer Wind on Bordeaux Mountain. It was wonderful. We rented directly from the property manager. 4 bedrooms - one master, the others with (I think) queen sized beds and all with their own bathrooms. Nice pool, jacuzzi, amazing view.
