Hi Augie, I joined the forum right around the time you began posting about your airline troubles, so I've been following and interested in how things went for you. Despite some setbacks you all still had a great time. Your new camera takes really clear pictures above and below water. So glad you had such a good time and glad you already have another trip planned to look forward to! Thanks for the great reports!

We will definitely visit Drunk bay in October both literally and figuratively! LOVE YOUR TICKER- MADE ME SMILE REAL BIG SINCE COOPER WAS HIDING THIS TRIP!! WE WILL BE ON A MISSION IN OCTOBERChet wrote:Entertaining TR.
Last time I hiked down to Salt Pond the trail was a canyon and the water was "milky" from the monsoons. Swimming across the pond to Drunk Bay was not an option. The wind and rain abated to a gale and I hiked to Ram Head.
Jealousy is not pretty. These beaches will be revisited in October.

And Leslie, nice Gator hat! I'm originally from G'ville, FL.
we love our Gators!!! our oldest lives in G'ville now and Jason will be a Gator soon!!

As far as me getting cold- although I am originally from upstate NY- I am a wimp when it comes to cold- but I stayed in the water typically about 40 minutes on average this trip.
