Question about Grande Bay - on island maintenance?

For anyone who has stayed at Grande Bay (or owners) - what do you do for on-island maintenance issues during your vacation? Do the units have a management company even if you rent through vrbo? Or is that something individual to each unit (so I need to ask).

I've rented through vrbo (made payments direct to owner) and was met by someone on the Grande Bay staff.

I am an owner at Grande Bay and it is my understanding that maintenance issues can be handled by the maintenance team at Grande Bay when I am off island. I believe any charges would then be billed to the owner.

However, I would recommend that you contact the owner first if something arises.

Check with the individual owner you are renting from to be sure.
