Hi beach1~
We can steer you in the right direction if we knew you budget limit and time when you are planning to be there.
Do you need A/C? pool? sunrise? sunset views? Cruz Bay/Coral Bay? Mid island?
The hunt is half the fun . . . well almost! :wink:
I've got 2 tickets to paradise~Pack your bags we'll leave tonight!

It will probably be in the fall sometime. We would like to be on the cruz bay end of island,although not ruling out coral bay. 2K or under for the week. Don't need pool but want awesome views, sunsets would be nice or looking toward other islands. MUST have AC. Can't wait to go back!!!

Hello Beach 1,
Try finding something on "homeaway.com"
We stayed last month at a place called Bluebitch Apartment and it sounds just like everything you're looking for....Al

Availability for this coming fall should still be pretty wide open at this point. Finding a place in or near Cruz Bay should not be a problem.

Since you can still be picky, think about;

Do you want a stand alone house/villa or would a unit in a condo suit you?

Are you looking for a "value" property, or are you willing to pay more for nicer amenities, view, etc.?

The more you narrow down what you have in mind, the better folks can relate their experiences/knowledge of the places that fit your bill.

Enjoy yourself - the planning is the beginning of the fun!

Just to mention it again, The Bluebitch Apartment fits all the needs you mentioned.
It is only about 5 minutes outside Cruz Bay and quite and private....Al

Thanks for all of the replies so far. To narrow it down, we want to be closer to cruz bay than coral bay. No pool needed. Views of sunsets and other islands nice. villa, condo, etc all are fine. Just need somewhere to begin. The only area I have stayed in was Maria Bluff, view nice, location good, close to town, grocery and restaurants.Will have a car. Like to explore beaches during the day. Probly go out to eat a little more this time than cook like last time. Want a clean well kept place. Trying to stay under 2K for week for just the two of us. Let me know where you have stayed that may work for us. THANKS!!!
