Parasailing

Post by Hawaii »

Hi everyone - Our son who will turn 14 on STJ this summer would like to try parasailing. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and how they liked it? Is there an age restriction? Thanks.

My wife and I did it last summer. It was great! A little expensive but totally worth it. It is perfectly calm and you can see everything. Its like loking at a google map. As far as age restrictions go, Im not sure. If I had to guess I dont think 14 would be a problem. Look into it to make sure though.

Does the parasailing company pick you up on St. John? If so, where? Thanks.

As others have noted... you won't have to worry about age restriction. I know you can go with Cruz Bay Watersports

Parasailing

Flyer $79
Rider $20
All dependent on weather conditions.

We have done it before with them and loved it. They lift you off from the boat and land you on the boat. Kids were 12, 14 and 16.

Here is the website and if you have any questions, they are very good at responding to email.

PS. The Kids thought it was pretty awesome!
