a couple of questions ...

Post by stampede chuck »

Anyone going to be on island for St Patty's Day this year? (Sorry iowaguy, I had a short senior's moment there ... you and your group will be there won't you?") Any suggestions for where to go? Not looking for a huge, wild party, but somewhere fun to hang out for a while.

Also, any suggestions for a sunset sail? Again, not looking for a huge booze cruise, but something fun to help celebrate our anniversary. I've made a couple of inquiries (Kekoa and Wayward Sailor), but am just waiting to hear from them. Something a little smaller, that maybe we can book for ourselves?

Thanks,
Collin

Long Distance runs out of Coral Bay. Rick and Robin are great. We went out with them last year with some forumites and had a great time. Their website says they do sunset cruises by special request.(http://www.sailcoralbaystjohn.com/)

Hi Collin---Yes---the Iowa crew will be wandering around Cruz Bay during the evening on St. Patty's Day---probably at Beach Bar (they have a band that night), Woody's or Quiet Mon (traditional Irish favorite). We will be wearing some green.

Wayward Sailor will do an exclusive sunset sail---$390. Have never gone out with Captain Phil myself.

Its getting close!
