Yes it might not make sense but it is their house their rules as far as having time inbetween it can be good to get things done but to many day's and you will be losing more money. I didn't see if this was a last minute booking might be possible then.

i have seen that alot with summer rentals in New england but never down on STJ....strange--I am sure they will find themselves somewhat empty...

I inquired about Sopra Mare (in season) and was told they only rent Sat-Sat. So there are some others out there.

We go midweeks. Cheaper airfares and less crowded STT airport. Never had a problem booking.
