Wedding Photos in Cruz Bay

Hi,

I'll be in SJ from June 18-25 to photograph a wedding. I was hoping to get some photos in town. I was wondering if locals think that the Cruz Bay fence will be down by then, considering island time.

The fence just goes around the park where the gazebo is correct? That's too bad though. It's such a nice area.

I certainly can't say whether it will be down by then but for the sake of the vendors that take advantage of Carnival, I certainly hope it does. The park is loaded with many good vendors and I can imagine it would be a source of irritation if it isn't down.
