How to get to the 8 Tuff Miles start line?

Hey guys! Any tips on getting to the start line from Coral Bay the morning of 8 Tuff Miles? Will buses or taxis be available? Anyone carpooling? There are 4 of us staying in Coral Bay and def do not want to drive over and try to park. Thanks for any advice!

I've been wondering the same thing....staying in Coral Bay too. I thought about trying to park at or near Skinny's and trying to catch a taxi from there. I hope someone that knows more chimes in!

Have you tried getting in touch with Peter Alter - I know there is an 8 Tuff Miles Facebook page and he will probably have a suggestion for you. Wish I were going to be there to participate....!

The request was already posted on FB and here is the reply......

"If you don't mind hitch hiking, stand on that corner in Coral Bay with your bib number pinned to the front of your body and point at it. At 6 AM that morning most cars are headed directly to the staring line area."

Thanks Tracy- I saw that, but also got a great offer of a ride/car swap that's going to work perfectly- but thanks for the help! Now back to training

Yes, Exit Zero- practice is really not going to help me too much in 3 weeks It's just survival (barely) and knowing Skinny's is at the other end!!
