I have swum over to Frank from Gallows. My understanding is that getting into the water from the beach at Frank is a little tricky--there are lots of urchins.

The snorkeling is pretty good over there. Many smaller fish, and I have seen turtles a couple of times also.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Thanks Liamsaunt. I knew I could count on you--you are always a wealth of good practical information. Do you think entry would be worse than getting into the water at Henley Cay? Anyone else out there that may have actually entered at Frank Bay to go snorkeling?

We stayed right by Frank Bay last April and snorkled it quite a few times. I enjoyed the snorkle. I saw quite a number of fish, lots of live conch, and a nice size baracuda.

Snorkleling over the power lines is a bit crazy.

Getting in was easy, getting out was hard, I needed help. I would say go for it, just look for a place to exit before getting in.
