4:16 USAirways - Barge Issues?

Has anyone had issues arriving on the 4:16 USAirways out of Charlotte and not making the last car barge out of Red Hook? I've made the drive before in under 40 minutes, but I'm worried about traffic between 5 and 6.

Just did this a bit ago without problems. There is some road construction, but we made it with time to stop for groceries.
