I love Uncle Joe's, but am dieing to try Candie's!
Like cptnkirk and others, we always bring down meats, but usually my favorite meal is the one involving
My Sweet Amy making a delicious shrimp quesadilla on the bbq grill. Pepperjack cheese, onions, peppers, sour cream, salsa, a salad and some microwavable spanish rice that we bring from home. Ice cold beer, and/ or rum drinky-
YUMMO!

You bring down crablegs? I'd love to do a lobster night this trip if anyone has any suggestions regarding where's to buy them-
