Yoga on STJ

Post by mkb »

Has anyone ever taken a yoga class on STJ or know of anyone who teaches? I seem to remember seeing a truck driving around that said "Yoga with ???" -- can't remember the name.

I started practicing yoga a few months back and one of the first thoughts I had was, "I've got to do this on STJ."

I just read on a villa listing that there are yoga and pilates held at the Agricultural Pavilion in Coral Bay.
Concordia has Yoga classes there as well. They are held on a deck outside with one of the best views on the island.

I don't have a full schedule with me but they have yoga at Mongoose Junction a few times per week and Lori teaches at Concordia as well - here is Lori's website http://www.yogainparadisedvd.com/ :)

If you're staying anywhere near Maho Bay, I can recommend Yoga there. I believe you can catch a class at 8:00 most mornings in the "F" Pavilion at Maho Bay Campgrounds.

I don't believe you have to be staying there. It's truly one of the most beautiful places I've ever taken a yoga class.

Looks like I have several amazing options to choose from. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll be checking these out in about 42 days (not that I'm counting).
