Another Newbie

Post by luvstjohn »

Good afternoon all. Im so excited to be called a newbie. I have been lurking here since 09 when we took our first trip to St John. My hubby and I spent 9 days on this tiny piece of heaven in July 09. This year my 15 year old son and I will be going back. He has never been and this will be my second trip. He and I are like fishy's and totally enjoy anyting water. I have gotten soooo much valuable information from you all while lurking that I decided to join your forum. This site is invaluable for those traveling to St John. Anthony, thanks for helping me get set up. You are one in a million.

Welcome to the forum, luv.....where are you staying this trip? I'm sure no matter where you stay, someone on this board will have some info to give! We only ask a pittence in return...a trip report with photos will do nicely :D :D

Welcome. You'll feel right at home here. We have lots of pretty fishy people on this forum. Maybe that didn't come out just right.

You've seen how things get done here. That means we'll be looking for a trip report from you. That is all that gets some of us from one trip to the next.

We are staying at Hillcrest Guest House. We stayed there in 09 with another couple and Phyllis is just the best. It sits on top of a hill just outside Cruz Bay and its not for the faint of heart if you are walking that hill. Very clean and perfect for what we need in accomodations. I like to stay within Cruz Bay if I can. We are both very excited. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Welcome! Leave your flip flops at the door and come on in! No need to lurk anymore!
