villa for 8 suggestions~

Post by stjchica »

Had a couple questions..
1. What is typical weather/crowd conditions around early/mid July?
2. Does anyone have any recommendations for STJ villas that sleep 8 (4br/4bath) that you have experience with?
Want nice view, equal br's with a/c, nice accomodations, want to spend approx $1500 per couple or so per week. Any location except south shore..
I will search all the typical villa rental sites, just wanting recommendations from someone that's been there :) Thanks in advance!!

We stayed here February 2010 -

Equal bedrooms are a must with our group and this house does have equal bedrooms. I think some baths only had indoor showers, if that matters. The driveway was large enough for our 3 jeeps.

Really nice views from the pool area, overall a very nice house.

Ristaba might fit your requirements...4 bedrooms that are fairly equal- I think.

Just remember the week leading up to the 4th of July is Carnival and probably one of the busiest weeks on STJ - huge parade and lots of festivities.

I visited STJ last year, last week of July into the first week of Aug, the weather was great as were the crowds, some restaurants and tours were limited but not really a problem.

I have not experienced it yet, I will in August, but you may want to look at Casa Del Sol, it sleeps 8 and they have an introductory rate that is great.

Villa for 8

We had a group of 8 last May and stayed at the Great Turtle Villa. It had 4 equal bedrooms with bathrooms for each. The view of Coral Bay was great and the pictures on the website depict the villa accurately.
