Debolina on Ajax Peak

Post by lazylane »

We have never stayed on Ajax Peak, but thought it would be a convenient location for North Shore beaches and to Coral Bay, our fav, so we booked Debolina for our upcoming trip, and now I'm hoping it was a wise choice. Anyone stayed there recently as I don't see any reviews posted here? Thanks for your input!

Sorry, but I've never stayed there.
However, just looked up their website...
HOLY MOLY!!!
Looks incredible!!!
I read some of the reviews, and it looks like the location is also wonderful.
You're almost there!- So excited for you!
Have fun!

We've stayed at Ixora on Ajax Peak for many years, but had never heard of Debolina. Just checked the web site, it looks really nice, very similar to Ixora but with a/c in the bedrooms. I think you made a good choice.

We really like Ajax Peak exactly because of the reasons you mention. Coral Bay is a quick 5min drive down the hill, and the views looking down there are great. Also, the exposure to the tradewinds is good, so there's always a decent breeze. The access to the north shore is also much better compared to the Cruz Bay end of the island....very close to Maho/Francis, close to Cinnamon/Trunk.

I think you'll be happy with your choice.

We stayed at Orion's Hill on Ajax Peak. Loved it! We really love that side of the island. We were at Adeste last year on the other side. It was great. Closer to Coral Bay, but I liked Orion's Hill more.
