Trade show giveaway suggestions?

Post by Xislandgirl »

We are entering wedding show season and while we have our booth lay out, prize drawing, and literature all set, we are stumped for what to giveaway to everyone that stops by the table.
In the past we have done:
Candy
Lavendar Bath Salts
Bottle of water with Custom Logo
Pens

We would prefer to keep it around $1 per, but less is always better.

Any fun suggestions?

Not really wedding-y, but I love to have Koozies. I think they're priced around $2 though. There are also those lanyard (the webbing has your brand/logo) thingies that hold bottles of water. I've also seen chapstick that's branded.

Order some of those custom M&M's with your logo and put a few in one of those little mesh bags that get handed out with Jordan almonds at weddings. Not sure how much those cost though.

I once received a logo'd plastic pizza cutter at a trade show and used it for years. Each time looking at that logo!

Being addicted to chapstick myself, it gets my vote. You should choose something that the consumer will pick up time-and-time again (not like a water bottle which, once it's been drank, get's thrown out).

We have gotten and use all the time chip clips and a big magnetic clip (like for holding notes to your fridge), a letter opener and one of those rubbery things you use to open a stuck jar.

After planning 2 weddings for my girls recently & doing hotel gift bags, two thoughts come to mind. A reusable shopping bag...we used them for the hotel bags & people loved it. You can get your logo?? Next, it is a party & people always need a wine corkscrew. Hubby is in the wine business & friends/family always want/need a corkscrew. We put it in each gift bag with the wine of course! A little photo album with a logo would be good also. Brides/MOBs love to show off pics

How about renting a popcorn machine or something like that...you could get some really cute bags for the popcorn printed...or even just use lunch bags with a cute sticker or ribbon.

They can't keep them (a negative) but you might get a lot of attention that way.

Smoothies?

We received a koozie that was printed - TO HAVE AND TO HOLD...AND KEEP YOUR BEER COLD!

Some thought it tacky - I use mine all the time!

I got one of those round, floppy plastic things that you use to open jar lids that are tight, about 15 years ago. The logo can still be seen. I see it every time I open that kitchen drawer and use it all the time.
