I second 17th hole's suggestion of Cinnamon Tarn. The layout couldn't be better for 2 couples plus a child! You have some other great suggestions too, some on my list. I just haven't seen them first hand. Pm me if you have questions on CT. We stayed there in November.

My vote is Morgan Point...three ac bedrooms with interior doors...I have a nine year old and have no desire to put her in her own room with only outside access....

We loved Windchime, layout was really good with little ones, one bedroom is in a separate building for that couple without a kid. Pool was well away from the house so less worrisome and our not-quite 4 and not-quite 6 year olds were mindful of the rule we imposed to not go down the 3 steps to the pool without a grown up.
