It really was spectacular that night. I have not seen a sunset like that in a very long time.
Just in case anyone asks, I shot it with my Rebel, auto settings(I am still afraid of manual), no retouching (too cheap to buy photoshop).

Gorgeous shot! Trying to figure out where you were when you took this photo---Cruz Views? That doesn't seem quite right.

We stayed directly above town behind the Islandia building in a small apartment.
