Whats up with Grande Bay?

Sorry to bring up a controversial subject, but I'm curious-- whats up with Grande Bay? I saw in Suzi's recent report they were still doing significant construction. When we were there in February it looked pretty close to being built. When will it really be finished?

ha ha Iowa...yea, I know first hand that Grande Bay is still doing major construction. 7 a.m. in the morning they start!!! It looks as tho the buildings are almost done on the outside,and now they are working on the parking garage and pool???? For the last 2 yrs we would say " they should be done this time next year"!!! A security guy always sits out on the front balcony at night of the building closest to the road. We would beep and wave every time we went by!
