Thanks for posting, really fun and interesting! I am a little more than halfway through reading; I find it amazing that the pig orders come in wrong or frozen almost every year!

I guess that is a perfect example of what it is like to actually live on St. John-the kind of things you have to deal with and just go with the flow.
