Congratulations with your new home, Anthony

It looks both modern and old fashioned.
Why don't you write a new topic to tell more about it?

Now I have done my duty, so you can reach 10 new topics :D .

Thank you Linne. I will write more about it - when we finish the move! We are not actually sure how old this building is or how authentic the frescos are. I just saw today that almost right across the street there is a church that was founded in 1530 something - so it is possible that the palazzo we are in is from around the same time, as most nearby buildings to churches then were usually owned by the church.

My first impression was that the frescos are much later, maybe 18th century. But there is a tiny bit of exposed ceiling with decorated beams that looks much older than that. We are hoping to meet some of the other tenants and find out more.

I can't see them, it says I have to sign into Facebook, but I don't have an account there. Boo-hoo! :(

I'm sure your new home is lovely, Anthony, and I wish you and your family many years of happiness there!! :D
