I don't know anything about Rachel. What is the advantage to riding with her from the airport to RH as opposed to a public taxi? What's her #? We may use her on the next trip! Do you just call her a little ahead of time and reserve a ride?

I think its 340.771.2986.

The advantage is no waiting, and no stops. So if you are in a hurry to get to the ferry, she will be faster.

But, its 25/pp compared to 15 plus bags. But its 40 or 45 pp if only one person. Hence, my inquiry. Still no takers?

Ted,

How did you get your poochie to STJ? Did Rachael take the dog in her taxi? I was wondering how you flew him, did he go in the cabin or in the hold?

I would love to get my dog to the island someday.

Rachael, Was great. Her cab was booked, so she got me another BUT she still met me at the airport, took me to the other cab and gave me a big hug.

We flew Little Bear on a direct flight from Atlanta. Delta was great with the dog program. In STT, They put him on this own Cart at the airport to take him to baggage belt and out he popped!!! Hopped on the ferry and on to Coral bay. He has in the Hole! 82 lbs is to big to take in the cabin. It is not an easy trip on an old dog , but he is loving "Into the Mystic" and the front deck! After a few days he was on Island Time
