Coral Bay Villa Suggestions

Post by tropicdawg »

We have spent four memorable years staying at Maison Miele in Coral Bay. Love the house, love the location but after a steamy stay last May, I have decided I must have a bedroom with AC. Looking for some suggestions in the same area that offer a pool, seclusion and AC. Was hoping for Reef Madness but it is booked into infinity. Thanks!

Stayed at One Particulour Harbour a few years back. Loved the location (high on the hill overlooking Coral Bay), and the bedrooms have nice ice cold air. It does have a pool and was a very well appointed and equipped house. Would definitely stay there again!

So far we have stayed at Adeste (just below Reef Madness), Island Horizons and Periwinkle(only one bedroom has a/c). All wonderful and each different, but all have a/c - that's something I won't do without in the bedroom. I want comfort on my vacation! I still find it amazing that they don't put a/c in a lot of homes on island. Sure, the wind blows, especially in Coral Bay but it's unbearable heat at times too! I'm with ya on the a/c!!!

last year stayed at Casa Bueno through James M. Miller Property Management; can't say enough good things about the house; well air-conditioned throughout; superb location

Another vote for Casa Bueno from me!

This is a new property in Coral Bay with air conditioning advertised; the location on the water reminds me of Maison Miele:

The owner/builder of Lagoon Point also built (and owned until sold) one of the forum favorites Casa Bueno :)

Casa Bueno was also at the top of my list but also booked into infinity. I'll take a look at Lagoon Point - thanks Pia!

Mystic Ridge is spactacular. AC in bed rooms, but really not necessary with the breezes. 10 min to Coral Bay, 15 to Cruz Bay, 5 min to Maho.

We're leaving today...

Did you check out Villa Tiffany. They only have one week booked in May if that is when you are going? This was a villa we were considering for our family this summer. I know they are supposed to be getting air soon but check with Marc Miller the manager and he will be able to tell you.

Sun, Moon & Stars is a beautiful, private villa with A/C in the one bedroom, but you will likely not need it with the wonderful tradewinds...
