Beach next to Caneel?

Post by bubblybrenda »

Obviously I need to return to STJ because my brain has gone to mush and I need a refresher.

What is the name of the beach with the beautiful palm trees (you access it via the Linde Point Trail or from Caneel)?

A friend is cruising into St. Thomas and I told him not to waste his time there but to high-tail it to the ferry, hike the trail and plant his butt on that beach with the palms while all his fellow cruisers are hurded to Trunk Bay.

Thanks. I cannot believe I can't remember the name!

The 1st beach to the west of Caneel is Honeymoon but I Think you are referring to Salomon - easily accessed from the NPS parking lot via the trail.

Agree with Exit Zero- Salomon is the one with the great palms that lean out towards the water. Easy walk down the trail. I want to be there now!
