My homage to the tropical drink tonight was a San Pellegrino with a fresh strawberry.
And for dinner Tilapia dusted with VooDoo spice from STJ Spice (YUM) topped with grilled vegetable bruschetta, braised leeks and bok choy and cous cous. Not as exciting as the stuff from Ron's grill but darn good!
That looks good!
With our nasty weather here, we had a cozy meal with Cincinnati-style chili with all the fixins for 3 way, 5 way, coneys, spaghetti, ... whatever.
We did enjoy some rum drinks though

OMG chili over spaghetti or "Chili Mac" as it is known in Illinois -- have you heard of a Stake 'n Shake? -- is one of my mothers favorite meals in the world. My uncle has been known to ship it to her!
We just ate BBQ grilled chicken, cauliflower with Wisconsin cheese, Asian salad, fresh baked bread. but we ate it all so, sorry, no picture.
My daugheter had a vegan burger.

Oooo... Now you've done it. I now have a craving for a Skyline 5 way and a couple of cheese coneys...
Darn you, KY

Time to start working on convincing the wife that we have to go back soon!
