Battery Hill Condos?

In our search for two nights of lodging prior to our villa being available, we came across one of these condos.

Has anyone on here stayed there before and/or have any other pertinent information about them that we may find useful?

We visited Battery Hill last December in anticipation of a future trip to STJ. Toured two or three units and were very impressed with how tidy and well-kept it all was. The complex has only nine units: eight have two bedrooms, one is a studio. Nice pool, good views of the harbor and proximity to Cruz Bay.
