Northern California and The Wall in Boston

Post by Lex »

We had a really wonderful trip to California--Yosemite, Carmel and San Francisco. Hadn't been to the west coast for a while and hadn't ever been to some of the places we visited. It was just great, probably one of the greatest vacations we've ever taken. Eventually I'll get to some sort of report. Thanks to the folks here who offered suggestions.

Last night we saw Roger Waters' production of The Wall in Boston. We enjoyed it so much. It's really a multi-media theatrical production of The Wall, not just hearing the album played live. Not sure how it would be for someone unfamiliar with Floyd and the album, but if you are, spend the money if it comes to your part of the country. They move on to MSG from Boston.

Tomorrow I have to go back to work.

Looking forward to hearing about your trip. Hope the transition back to work is smooth.

I'm so glad to hear that my state didn't disappoint you! It's a beautiful piece o' the country! Isn't Yosemite awe-inspiring?! Can't wait to read your report and see California through your eyes! :D

I would like to see a TR too. Hubby is in USA just now on a business trip and tells about some beautiful places, he has been. So I want to go USA with him, when he stop working. And California is one of the places, I want to see.

Me too! - I was thinking they did a show about the green monster? - I wish I had seen the show though - sounds like it would be great.
