Which storm is that in the background of this striking picture from the Chocolate Hole Web Cam?

Looking at Storm Carib (stormcarib.com) it appears there is a small weather disturbance just to the west of Puerto Rico, but it does not appear to be associated with any organized storm system.

Yeah on weather channel last night they were talking about a storm that is right over the area now...I guess that is it..it is not organized or named.
There is supposed to be another one rolling off the cape that they think will gain organization, etc. Will have to see what that one does..

That's Invest 95L which the NHC gives a 20% chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours. Typically, this is the time of the season (great song), when the Caribbean Sea becomes a hot spot for tropical formation. That's where Omar was born a couple of years ago...

Don't remind us of Omar. Even though just a Cat 1 with minimal damage on STT...we spent our entire vacation with rain/flooding in 2008. When we left NJ there wasn't even a storm and it just absoultely appeared out of nowhere our third day on STT. We had to move out of our villa for one night and extended our stay for an extra day since the airport was closed. GRRRRRRR
