What's up with (1) the large parcel of land...

Post by b-as-u-r »

...(173.71 acres) situated in the heart of Estate Carolina that's been on the market for $12,000,000.00 that now shows as "being under contract and back up offers are strongly encouraged"? Maybe I'm the only nerd that frequently checks the real estate sites? (2) I'm also wondering what became of the new building between the Quiet Mon and the Police Station? What's there? (I may have missed just missed that post.)

Last I heard was that Scotia Bank was supposed to occupy that building. Have no verification on that though.

I think the land is under contract to turn into the new VI territorial park. Essentially, I think the contingency is whether or not the VI government can or wants to come up with the cash. Hopefully the park idea will be realized as this is special and beautiful undeveloped land with awesome ruins
