Name of Car Rental?

Post by susan & herb »

What's the name of the car rental place near the Beach Bar? Can't remember the name, it's up a steep driveway with the parking in the back.

Thanks

They are a good company. Their cars are in good shape. It is really nice to have parking in town. Plus they have never hassled us about sand in the jeep, etc. John did get a bit of a stern talking to once when we brought the car back 1/2 hour late--but we were late and deserved it.

We actually have delt with them before. I just couldn't remember their name and I am at work and it was bugging me.
We had overpaid when we returned the car two years ago and they called us in the US to tell us there was an error and they were going to credit our credit card.! We probably would not have noticed if they had not called.

They're good, but be sure you're thorough when you inventory the condition of the car. We got a little push back on a small scrape that my husband hadn't noted when we picked up the car. However, they finally took our word for it. We're more careful now when we inspect the condition at pick up. BTW they were good when we called and asked if we could keep the car longer on day of departure (for extra rental $ of course). :)

I've rented from STJ car rental exclusively since 1998. They are good people to work with and if we ever had an issue with a car (only once) they took care of it immediately.

After all these years they all seem like extended family to us!
