The Villa Serendipity webcam is up right now, but it looks like it has been turned sideways. Looks pretty bad out there and the Earl is now a 3.

Looks like the eye wall is about 60 miles to the northwest of the islands...

The bad part is the St. John residents will only have a couple days to gather themselves. Soon to be Fiona is directly behind Earl and is supposed to follow an almost identical path. :(
