What do the campers @ Cinn. bay and Maho do during a hurricane? Is there a place for them to go or do they have to tough it out in their tents?

They have to leave the campground and either get on a flight out or find a room.
At least that used to be the policy

And a storm like this is going to bring the surge from the North. You'd risk floating away in a few of those tents right there on Cinnamon.
