Love City Triathalon Sept. 5

While I only run if someone is chasing me with a machete, it occurs to me that some folks enjoy doing that kind of thing for fun.

SO if you find yourself on STJ on September 5 and fancy a run, bike, swim and some carb loading this might just be the thing for you!
