In case you mustard lovers don't know - the Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard @ STJ Spice is really delicious. Every time I buy it I keep waiting to open it for a "special occasion" as I know it will disappear in a hurry!

SO GOOD! Ask the shop keeper - she will show you were it is. Normally on the wall with the hot sauces, down the end near the office door.

OK first I have to thank Silverheels for bring me the Stonewall Kitchen Bluecheese Mustard....wooo hooo - thank you sooooo much and now I need to know what you wonderful chefs do with the Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard and the Roasted Garlic Chipotle Sauce - help please

I used the mustard mostly as a dip for salami, sausages, things like that.
chipotle sauce is great brushed on a steak or on pork or baked over a meatloaf. mmmmmmmmmm

Sounds great - do you brush the chipotle before you grill the steak/pork or only after as more of a sauce (told ya - clueless :) )
