I'd love to live near a big city where I could get a nonstop flight; i'm so jealous! Congratulations on your new ticker :)

It just feels good to have the flights booked! Getting out of Maine in March is perfect. We used to live there when Mr. psufan was in the Navy. I used to get really sick of winter in March and April.

I just booked non-stop out of JFK for our May trip. The price was fairly reasonable, 348 pp including tax so we jumped on it, mostly because I couldn't stand waiting any longer!

Sounds good!! I just booked for our May 2011 trip JFK to STT $298 pp. For our December 2010 trip we paid $368 pp so I feel like I got a great bargain!!

Carron,

When will you be on the rock? We are arriving 5/27. I thought that price was pretty good too. Have heard from other forumites that it sometimes goes lower but I decided to jump in. Last trip we flew out of Newark and paid well over $400/tx.

Gigi,

We were there from '82 - '85. He was a pilot with VP-44.
