That's beautiful, MaryBeth! I'm loving the central air in our new house cause we can still make lasagne or roast beef, etc....
Would love the recipe for that!

Don't worry, you won't be talking to yourself for long, MB. I am back and will be posting lots of food pictures featuring my new Schnell ware very soon! He is making dinner plates now--I cleaned him out--and I got a cool new serving piece too. (and some other non-food stuff). It shipped really fast--we went to the store on Tuesday, and the stuff was on our doorstep when we got home late Saturday night.

That curry chicken looks great. What recipe did you use?

can't say I followed it to a T but this was the basic recipe I used. I also added some Valley of the Doll curry hot sauce.

No big recipe here... fresh pinepple chunks soaked in Cruzan Coconut Rum! :D They're easier than Jello shots and pack a nice little punch! Like a bitesize Pina Colada!

Grilled peaches, arugula and buffalo mozzarella salad with reduced balsamic, in my new server. I didn't get the sides in the picture, it has handles with thumbprints that look like the story stones (I can't remember their exact name)

Plated with grilled chicken on the new dinner plates:

Thanks, CG, for pointing out why the name of that hot sauce always seemed so darned familiar!
Mary Beth, I always read the label as Valley of the Dolls too... You aren't alone.
