I have read a lot about this while researching our villa, but most of it was from a couple years ago. Is it finished? stalled? still going? and what was/is being built. I have no worries about being able to see it as our villa sits in front of it.

you choose Calypso del Sol, right?
You will only be driving by it. I don't think there is much if anything at all happening there last I heard.

If you all are going with Calypso, you'll have no worries. Even if it is going full blast, which it is not, I think they went belly up, so nothing is happening there. As far as the view, it does not distract at all. In fact, I have aphoto hanging on my wall that I took from the deck....one of the most beautiful caribbean pictures I've taken.

I think it's a set of 1 and 2 bedroom condos that they were trying to sell. But like I said, I think they went broke, so nothing is happening there right now.

stayed at CdS in 2009 so if you have any ?'s give a shout. Sally is a great person and I'm sure she will make your stay complete!

Thanks! I am sure I will have questions for you as the trip gets closer. I have looked at your photos many times And I couldn't agree more...Sally is just wonderful to deal with!
