Club Dumpster in Coral Bay?

So over in Coral Bay there is a nice stretch of road with a putrid smell of garbage leading up to the dumpsters. The is always at least one if not almost a dozen people there just hanging out on what seems to be the worst view on the island of the dumpster and the smell of rotting death.

What gives? Why there of all the places? Just curious the people always give a friendly wave just wondering why there ?

It might be a bus stop. Or they are all waiting to get the good stuff

The smell isn't garbage. It's from the mango swamp. The smell was there before people were.

Because no one cares if the 'loiter' there and because it is right by Love City Mini Mart. Supplies are close by and it's a good place to run into people. I have a friend who has been known to sit there for hours. It doesn't always smell bad right there...but sometimes it really stinks!
