Casa Bueno outdoor living space

Post by kristen1206 »

I am still at it! Ruled out Bongo Bongo for a couple of reasons but casa Bueno is still high on the list. maybe far Niete but I don't know if I want to be in that area. And possibly Calypso Del Sol. Good news is we may get to stay a full week vs. 5 nights!

I just can't get a good sense of the outdoor set up at CB. Is the pool on the same level as the dining table and grill etc? Is the pool on one side of the house and the sitting area etc on the other? If anyone has a floor plan or could describe it to me I would appreciate it!

Casa Bueno

We have this Villa reserved for next June. I think the Villa is 3 floors, bedroom 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms, kitchen dining on 2nd floor, pool and 4th bedroom ground level. I was wondering what exactly they mean by solar heated pool. I asked but didnt really get an answer I wonder if its a cover.

Hi there! Don't know about Casa Bueno, but I can vouch for Calypso Del Sol. Fully a/c'd, awesome pool and lots of covered deck space on both levels. They also have umbrellas at the pool area.

I am pretty sure it is a solar cover at Casa Bueno. I asked too and did not get a response. But the way it is worded and other people's comments lead me to believe it is a cover which guests have to put on and take off.

Thanks for the Calypso feedback!!

There is a solar cover on the pool that can be removed when you want to use it.

The pool, grill, sitting area, living area, kitchen and two bedrooms are on one level. There is a master suite upstairs with its own deck and another bedroom on the lower level (which is the same level as the parking)

Great house, we loved our stay there.

Thanks Moose! That helps. Do you have any photos of the house?

The solar heating system is the type the sends the pool water up on the roof, through tubes where the water is heated by the sun and then back down to the pool. They may have a cover as well that you put over the pool but I did not see that when we visited the house.

The main level of the house is where the pool, outdoor verandah, grill, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area and laundry are located. One bedroom and bath up stairs w/balcony; one bedroom and bath downstairs at the parking level.

The outdoor covered verandah is a great space with 2 sofas and a large table. The pool sits off to the side (south) side of the house which faces east with stunning views down-island.

Three bedrooms are kings and the lower level bedroom is a queen and not as large or as nice as the other three. The owners grown daughter uses that room.

Actually since I have been there this spring they installed a solar heater not the cover so I dont have pics of that.
