Oh Woe!

We took our walk of woe at 10 am yesterday to the ferry dock. Due to the superb expertise of that most delightful airline : AA we walked into our home at 1:20 am. That was a very long day. But I just kept closing my eyes and seeing the amazing villa and it's view and thinking of those delicious Skinny's burgers and the Lime n Coconuts and the Guavaberry Rum Chillers and the Beach Bar nachos and Jost van Dyke and Soggy's and Mic fixin' me those Nilla killers and Foxy's Firewater Rum and those hammocks under the palms and Carnival sounds and the left side of the road and those precious baby goats in the road and Sloop Jones and wife, Barbara and Trunk and Cinnamon and those beautiful fish that are swimming in and out of that coral even as I type and that white sand and those breakfasts over looking the water and those tree frogs and being in the rain but it didn't matter and the mountains and lush landscapes and....well all of it.

As KC sings;" Oh I wish I was there tonight...."

We load all our pics on a Netbook while we are on vacation and then sit and look at them on the flight home. It helps a little....

Hey Be....when we were delayed in Atlanta (for hours) we met a couple who were returning from their vacation days at the Westin. We spent the time talking about our experiences and what we did on St. John. Made the time pass be a little quicker, but, as they say....re-entry is a B!TCH.....and an extra long flight home does not help!

Glad you all made it bak O.K. looking forward to seeing you all at the Texas Get Together.

Wow Be, I teared up just reading your paragraph! Been a tough day at work today and that is JUST what I needed to read. Perspective.

Sorry for your long day of re-entry (CariBert said it best) but look forward to hearing about all your fun at the Dallas gathering. I posted yesterday about a gathering- let me know when you guys are open!

Does someone know how to post the previous string about the Dallas gathering here? I don't know how to do that...
