Villa for 4 couples- help

Post by stltimmy »

Morning!

I have searched the prior posts, and found much knowledge there.

But, if most of you are somewhat like me (we are STJ addicts, correct?), you spend a bit of your workday on here contributing to the greater good.

So, in lieu of re-searching prior posts, I thought I would engage those looking to waste time to help me find a villa.

4 couples, all around 30, no kids. Layout of the villa doesn't matter much. Nice outside chilling area with pool. Hot tub not necessary. The closer to Cruz the better. No further east than Mamey Peak.

Right on the cusp of high season, but checking out the 15th so most villas still have low-season pricing.

Budget is around 4k for the week.

Fire away!

Thanks,

tim

Check out Blue Agave. It's a great villa and I believe it meets your needs.

Sorry about the blank post(s). We've stayed in Maria Breeze up on the top of the hill overlooking Great Cruz Bay. It is listed by Seaview Homes There are Five Bedrooms and a couple are very large suites.

Abrigado in Gifft Hill looks really nice. And the introductory rates keep it near your 4k budget.

Never mind..that rate is for 4 people not 4 rooms. Still worth a look though.

Several years ago I stayed at Seagrass Cottage on Pillsbury Sound. It was great. Has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large living room/kitchen and a great pool. Check it out on cateredto.com
