Villa Help-(i know it's getting old...)

Post by mahojim »

Looking for a 2 bedroom in Coral Bay w/ A.C., pool,2 bathrooms, in the neighborhood of @ $2400.00.
I was hoping to convince our party for next year to try Bay House.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks, and always-

We really enjoyed Waterlemon Villa in Coral Bay. Beautiful views, three full baths, two equal bedrooms down plus a smaller bedroom up. I'm not sure of the price but of course it will depend on what time of year you are going. PM me if you have any questions.

Pink Horses has a nice setup. Master bedroom with outdoor shower, and 2nd bedroom downstairs by the pool. Check it out on bookitvi.
When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

Villa Madeline would fill the bill, about 2 minutes past Skinny Legs, pool, hot tub, AC and wifi, with two equal BRs.

high season or low?
If Coral Bay is where you want to stay then look over the listings at Windspree http://www.windspree.com/homes.php. Ask for discounts. It's a renters market. I've gotten discounted rates for the last 3 years when I've asked for them. Don't be shy (but then I know you're not, Jim).

Also check out www.greatcaribbeangetaways.com as they have several listed in Coral Bay, too. We stayed at Periwinkle last year - great location, but only one bedroom has a/c there - or at least last year it was that way. (you know villa owners, they now make a portable room air conditioner that sets on floor and vents thru window!!) I would consider Periwinkle more of a cottage feel than a villa, but very adequate and man what a rate!! Got an even greater rate by offering an amount for a 10 day stay in low season!! Happy villa hunting! We just booked today for December !!!!

BTW Jim, that photo next to my ticker was taken from Periwinkle and the pics on their site are not very good at all. PM me if you're interested - I will send pics!
