Called and we are all rebooked...Car rental was GREAT to work with us...as well as Serendip...I highly recommend him. I hate we missed our trip by 2 days...but as a side note...I booked for a cpl extra days this time..so it will be worth the wait. Let the count down begin...

Just read an article in LA TImes ( http://www.latimes.com/travel/la-tr-vac ... 0430.story) that says basically the anticipation of vacation can surpass the happiness of an actual vacation. Not sure if this applies to St. John or not.

So...you've just increased your happiness by extending the time before your trip. :p

I can relate to the anticipation thing! But being there is pretty darn good, too. JJ, I've followed your Spirit troubles and so glad you could rebook.

We have a new ticker, too which is way early for us. Going back to Argonauta in April with a few days at Gallows on the end. Woo hoo!!
