Anywho, has anyone stayed at this villa complex, and if so, can you pls. tell me about it?

We stayed at Great Expectations this past February. It was a nice villa. We were two families and stayed in the two bedroom villas on either side of the main Great room villa. The 4 bedrooms were equal in size and very spacious. All 4 had garden showers which were fabulous!
The main building housed the great room, kitchen, and powder room. This was a nice building, kitchen had all amenities including a regular sized refrig in addition to a beverage refrig. Dinner table sat 8 comfortably.
Pool at the main building was small, more for wading than anything, but adequate. Hot tub was great. The tennis court was beautiful, all racquets and balls were available.
The guest house looked okay. We saw it during the villa tour when we first got there, it was kind of dark, but maybe because it hadn't been opened up in a while. Our kids only used the pool by the guest house once, on our arrival.
The location of the villa was very convenient to Cruz Bay, easy to get to, parking was adequate. Nice views of both Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay. Quiet place, a few neighbors close by, but you never heard or saw them.
The only issue we had was the air conditioning. There were no thermostats, just timers. So you either had the a/c running full blast or totally off. It was pleasant for me to sleep w/out a/c, but my husband prefers it and struggled a bit as there was no thermostat. We rented directly from the owners who seemed like very nice people, very nice to work with. Good luck. Feel free to PM me if you have other questions.
